Our team is committed to offering a supportive environment, tailored training, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of exceptional children.
ROLE As a Pastoral Welfare Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our students and their families. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies to improve behaviour, welfare, and attendance, collaborating with external services, and providing support during challenging situations. You will also mentor and assist fellow staff members, with opportunities for personal growth and development.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience working with children/young people with SEN/SEMH needs
GCSE Maths and English qualifications
NVQ Level 3 certification
Team Teach training
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
SALARY/HOURS Salary: £125 - £135 per day
