We are currently seeking a Experienced Car Parts Advisor to join our team. The car parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs and providing exceptional service, knowledge of car parts and use of sytems are mandatory.
Monday to friday NO WEEKENDS. Driving licence not required
Duties of a car parts advisor
- Organise and maintain parts inventory
- Utilise Excel to track and manage parts data efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with parts inquiries
- Use phone etiquette when handling customer calls
- Assist in identifying the correct parts needed for repairs or maintenance
- Handle bilingual or multilingual customer queries effectively
Qualifications for a car parts advisor
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel for data management using either Keyloop or Cdk Kerridge
- Ability to maintain accurate parts inventory records
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Working Monday - Friday 07.30am - 17.30pm and
Staring salary is £27,000 there is a bonus and attendance allowance scheme Ote is up to £35,000
