We are actively recruiting a Programme Manager to lead and shape our growing Programme Management function. This exciting role is perfect for a Programme Manager with a strong background in IT and product development, ready to take ownership of multiple high-level programmes and drive them to success.
Key Responsibilities for the Programme Manager:
* Programme Management Leadership
* As the Programme Manager, you will design, implement, and lead the company's IT/Technology Programme Management service.
* Product Development Oversight. The Programme Manager will also design, implement, and lead the product development and deployment programmes, ensuring each product is delivered efficiently.
* Cross-Departmental Support. Support various teams to align project execution with business objectives.

* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
* Annual Leave: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (33 days total)

Further Responsibilities:
* As a Programme Manager, you will develop and lead the Programme Management function, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic, operational, financial, and commercial goals.
* You will establish and manage frameworks for Programme Management, Benefit Management, Product Development, and Resource Management.
* Ensure all programmes and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
* Lead and grow the Project Management team, ensuring they operate effectively and meet all objectives specific to IT/Technology Programme Management.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to design high-level project scopes.
* Oversee the software approval process and ensure compliance with the Gate approval process.
* As Programme Manager, you will design prioritisation mechanisms for projects and ensure financial investment approval processes are efficient.
* You’ll work with the Technology Delivery Manager to ensure smooth programme delivery, manage risks, and adjust project plans as needed.
* Continually improve the product programme to ensure development and deployment are streamlined
* Implement a robust reporting mechanism, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the programme’s progress.
* Manage risks and governance frameworks to ensure all product-related activities align with business priorities.
Who We're Looking For:
* Extensive experience in a Programme Manager role, especially within IT and product development.
* Practitioner knowledge of SDLC, PRINCE2 and Agile Project Management frameworks.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale projects within IT and product development environments.
