Better Placed has partnered exclusively with a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy firm to find a passionate and driven Business Development Manager with experience in B2B Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in its early stages and play a key role in driving growth and building something new within an already well-established business.
We are looking for a tenacious go-getter who isn’t afraid of winning new business but also has a consultative approach and excels at building and managing client relationships. This is a full 360° hunting sales role with the potential to make a significant impact.
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Experience in a technical or professional services industry (Finance, PropTech, Property, Compliance, Engineering, Consultancy, etc.)
- Strong background in a New Business Development and outreach focused role.
- Consultative approach to sales and client relationships
- Ability to build relationship with key internal stakeholders
Role Highlights:
- Handle significant projects with contracts running 3 to 4 years, often involving 7 to 8 figure deals
- Mostly remote role with occasional travel to client sites and the office in Cheshire
- Opportunity to work on diverse projects within the built environment, including social housing, healthcare, and education sectors
- Salary up to £50k with an OTE of £75k Uncapped
