Alecto Recruitment is working with our client, a specialist in High Voltage (HV) distribution networks.

A specialist independent connection provider and a NERS accredited business, they are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager due to their continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies and independent connection providers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including HV/Electrical connection projects
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of business development activities and results
Requirements:
  • Experience in business development, ideally within a utility connections or independent connection provider (ICP) or NERS Accredited business
  • Knowledge and experience of HV/Electrical connection projects, including projects up to 11kv
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to present professionally
  • Good account management and organisational experience
Package:

£55,000 - £65,000, car or car allowance, bonus and commission
