Introduction

JOIN US We are seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Consultant who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems in the grocery retail sector. You will be a vital member of our team, responsible for demonstrating the value and capabilities of our Assortment and Space Planning solutions to prospective clients.


Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop a deep understanding of SymphonyAI Retail’s Assortment and Space Planning solutions, as well as a broader knowledge of the grocery retail industry.
  • Create engaging and informative presentations tailored to the needs of each potential client, highlighting how our solutions address their specific challenges.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of our software, showcasing its functionality, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Support the sales team on RFP responses, ensuring our submissions are comprehensive, accurate, and highlight our strengths.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues across the wider business to share insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
  • Travel within Europe as required to engage with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar presales, consultancy, or solutions architect role, with a focus on retail technology solutions (experience in Assortment and Space Planning highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of the grocery retail sector, including operational challenges and market trends.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a varied audience.
  • Collaborative team player, eager to work with colleagues across the business to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
  • Based in the UK (preferred), with a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate different time zones.
