Salary : Between £100,000 and £110,000 base salary + OTE and benefits

Location : England remote with some travel across UK


Are you passionate about cyber security and eager to make a significant impact in the field? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Presales Consultant to join our client specialising in managed threat detection & response and SASE security services. In this pivotal role, you'll tackle our customers' most pressing cyber security challenges, positioning innovative service offerings as the perfect solutions.

As a key player in our client's team, you’ll have the opportunity to present cutting-edge security solutions to customers, support our sales teams in closing deals, and stay at the forefront of technological advancements. You will collaborate with talented teams across the globe, influence the development of their diverse portfolio, and lead impactful technical and commercial relationships. Your expertise will drive customer security strategies and ensure they are maximising all available capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Attend customer-facing meetings to provide expertise and guidance around detection & response and SASE areas
  • Support the qualification and discovery process supporting our client's sales team and their customers in translating their requirements into workable solutions within the security portfolio.
  • Scope and draft solutions proposals and/or statements of work
  • Work as a partner to sales and account management teams and jointly develop customer opportunities
  • Work with the Bid Management team to compose technical responses for tenders and other formal proposal documentation of the highest quality.
  • Work closely with a project team and highly skilled technical engineering staff to deliver customer solutions as designed and act as a customer advocate to ensure an effective transition from implementation to production.
  • Be able to present, scope, and propose all Managed Detection & Response and SASE Managed Security Services on the portfolio.
  • Contribute to the identification of customer drivers, unique selling points, and bid strategy.


Requirements

  • Must have previous experience in Managed Detection & Response (MDR) , and SASE Services.
  • Must have previous presales experience
  • Must be proficient across the following technologies Splunk, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sentinel One, Crowdstrike
  • Previous and proven experience working within virtual teams.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.


Security Clearance The candidate must be capable of clearing BPSS checks and achieving security clearance (SC).

Driving licence : Must hold full UK driving licence
