By leading operational discipline and promoting collaborative working, you will help us not only meet our plans but also establish an outstanding reputation in the marketplace. Capacity planning will be crucial in this role, as you strategise on how to best utilise our workforce and develop their skillsets through coaching and support. By working closely with Underwriting and Portfolio colleagues, you will oversee the delivery of our financial plan and ensure that we meet our financial and performance metrics. As a key influencer, you will bring together different stakeholders to achieve consensus and optimise opportunities for growth. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in embedding a Consumer Duty culture for Co manufactured arrangements and overseeing the deployment of regulatory changes for the COE portfolio.
By prioritising digital solutions and data-driven decision-making, you will enhance our operational effectiveness in the back-office process and control landscape.
