Exciting new role to work on a wide variety of K.M. projects for an expanding law firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help to deliver KM projects, including the trialling of proposed new systems/features and provide feedback and recommendations

Assist with the creation of intranet pages and work closely with the intranet’s content editors

Assist with the ongoing maintenance and review of the firm’s legal taxonomies

Help to optimise use of the firm’s knowledge systems in order to deliver accessible and high quality know how to the firm’s lawyers;

Provide advice and support on how to use the technology solutions and platforms;

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of one year’s experience of working in a knowledge management role in a legal, corporate or professional service environment;

Experience of working with knowledge systems and/or digital content management systems

An undergraduate degree, similar higher education or equivalent experience

A masters in Information Science or similar (desired but not essential)

An aptitude for using technology and highly computer literate

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
