Working as a key member of the Customer Service team you’ll be dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include managing key accounts, processing rental orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Benefits Package:
* Starting salary of £25,000, with opportunities for overtime

* 8-hour shifts
* Permanent role
* Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with varied start and finish times between 7 am and 7 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional, customer-focused service to both general orders and key accounts.
* Accurately process detailed documentation to reduce account queries.
* Coordinate with the Transport Department for necessary item movements.
* Answer incoming calls promptly and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
* Generate and post invoices daily
Candidate Requirements:
* An effective communicator with a proven background in customer service
* Flexibility to work shift patterns between 7am to 7pm
* Ability to thrive under pressure
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
