About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the business on a 6-month FTC and support the collections department with process mapping, procedure writing and ad hoc tasks relating to the collections and recoveries improvement plan.
Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Ops & Collections in developing and documenting a full suite of process maps and procedures for the department
Join/run workshops, listen to how business processes are described and document them into clear process and procedures
Create detailed maps of existing business processes to establish a clear understanding of current workflows.
Document processes comprehensively, capturing all steps, variations, and interdependencies.
Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.
Supporting a full review of communication within the Department, liaising with Marketing and Compliance.
Support with administration requirements to evidence compliance and delivery of internal and external audit reviews and wider regulatory obligationsExperience required:
Experience as a business analyst within any sector, but financial services experience is advantageous
Experience documenting business requirements, running workshops and designing process maps
Visio experience
Methodical approach to planning and organising
