In this exciting role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes for heat presses and finishing solutions (bespoke printing equipment). You'll not only diagnose and repair customer equipment, but also play a key role in streamlining the internal workshop for maximum efficiency.
As the Service engineer,  here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Be the equipment whisperer: Diagnose and repair customer presses with precision, ensuring they're back in action ASAP.
Communication is key: Clearly explain repairs to customers, providing accurate quotes and keeping them informed every step of the way.
