As an Account Executive with us, your mission will be to expand our reach, engaging with mid-sized prospects to secure new business. Your mandate includes forging robust sales pipelines, converting high-potential leads that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile, and meticulously managing sales strategies to meet our revenue goals. You'll conduct your own discovery and demo sessions, steering deals from inception to close while also nurturing accounts to foster greater investment over time.

Success in this role requires an analytical sales approach honed by experience in selling similar-sized contracts, underpinned by a deep understanding of cybersecurity. Your contributions will not only be measured by sales targets but also by your ability to weave into the fabric of our team, embodying our core values of making a difference for our clients, innovation, quality, flexibility and internal collaboration.

We're in pursuit of a highly self-motivated and driven teammate who thrives in an autonomous environment and is adept at self-management. The ideal candidate will have the drive to consistently achieve and exceed goals without the need for constant oversight. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the SMB and mid-market segments, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and consistently achieving sales targets.

This role is for a self-starter who matches their independent work ethic with the tenacity to meet challenges head-on. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting SMB/mid-market clients for deals in the £25-50K range.

Client Acquisition and Management: Actively pursue new clients and manage ongoing relationships to maximise sales opportunities.

Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the SMB/mid-market segment.

Deal Negotiation and Closure: Employ efficient negotiation and closure techniques suitable for smaller, more frequent deals.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure quick turnaround of proposals and solutions.

Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts reflecting the volume and frequency of mid-market deals

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable experience in selling SaaS solutions of a similar contract value and level of complexity with a history of exceeding sales targets.

Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating mid-market contracts and building consensus among various stakeholders.

Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, with a commitment to understanding and meeting clients’ needs.

Technical Acumen: Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and SaaS platforms.
