Our client a fast-growing data analytics company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process, a strategic mindset, and the ability to attract top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.

Pleaser note that due to the business of the team the role will be based in the company's London HQ 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:nDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in data analytics and related fields.nLead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.nPartner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.nUtilize various recruitment tools and platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed to source and engage with potential candidates.nBuild and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).nEnsure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.nAnalyse and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and data analytics.

Qualifications:n5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or data analytics industry.nProven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and analytical roles.nStrong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.nStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.nExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
