A local housing association are searching for a Housing Officer to join their team. Working in the housing team to provide comprehensive management to tenants within your area.
Role:
* Respond to complaints of anti social behaviour
* Feedback on complaints and progress
* Discuss contract breaches
* Liaise with legal services when needed
* Support with any questions or queries
* Identify vulnerable people and safe guarding issues
* Coordinate estate walks
* Working with building maintenance to resolve any maintenance issues
* Lead on local plans within the area
* Ad-hoc duties
Experience:
Within Housing or customer care in a similar industry with basic knowledge in housing management
