We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Development to join the team of our client who are based in Milton Keynes. The role is part of the external sales team and you will be responsible for the growth of your patch.

We are looking for a confident salesperson, with excellent commercial acumen who is outgoing and can build rapport with clients. You don’t need specific industry experience for this role

Key responsibilities for a Technical Sales Development

Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers to entrench the brand into their businessnAdminister customer accounts and pricingnAccurate sales and product forecastingnDevelop existing and prospective regional accountsnSearching for new customers who could benefit from the products in a designated regionnCold call new prospectsnQualify prospects and determine contacts and account potentialnRegularly visit, maintain and develop national account customers at regional levelnGenerating revenue and acquiring customersnSales process management

Desire to sell and manage accountsnExcellent commercial acumennExcellent attention to detailnProficient with Microsoft Excel – v-lookups, pivot tablesnA confident communicatornA natural multi-taskernIs trustworthy and takes responsibility for managing deadlinesnAble to learn quickly
