We are actively recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales processes for the business, ensuring the highest level of technical accuracy are communicated effectively to external client partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the bid process for all opportunities, ensuring the timely delivery of bids / proposals to the highest of standards.
  • Support the delivery of the overall annual order intake budget by taking responsibility for delivering sales within your designated area.
  • Act as the main customer interface, ensuring timely and accurate interpretation and translation of customer requirements into business winning proposals, with clear cross-functional communication.
  • Develop project estimates / costs using the bid model to support bids, ensuring full buy-in from the business.   • Ensure that business growth is maximised with existing customers within your designated area, through close engagement at different stakeholder levels.

Experience / Skills required:


  • Passionate about sales and interpreting customer requirements into winning solutions.
  • Self-motivating with high energy levels and a strong determination to get things done and succeed.
  • Ability to influence assertively and with the necessary level of gravitas to drive a plan and get results.
  • Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience in a technical engineering environment.
