Junior Support Analyst x 3 - LIverpool - New Roles


Location - Liverpool; Salary - £25,000 per annum + benefits


A leading organisation requires a number of Junior Support Analysts to join its award-winning team


The sucessful applicants will be trained to install software and deliver the training to users - as well as manage/deliver stock. Other duties include:


  • Setting up equipment in patients’ home/care home
  • Delivery of equipment to hospital virtual ward teams
  • Training the use of equipment and relevant peripherals to patients and clinicians
  • Tracking location and status of stock through relevant IT systems
  • Basic service calls for routine issues
  • Maintenance of Software and Hardware supporting upgrades and ongoing development.
  • Stock management


You will be the face-to-face contact of the company with patients / users and so should have the necessary skills to maintain a warm friendly atmosphere.


You will be expected to work with a “get the job done” attitude to meet the demands of contractual SLA’s. Patient availability may result in different combinations of hours typically between 8am and 8pm.


You will be required to undergo a full disclosure and barring service (DBS) check before commencement of employment
