Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Support Analyst to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a Junior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their equipment is installed and functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Installation: Set up equipment in patients' homes or care homes, ensuring that it is properly configured and functioning as expected.
  • Delivery and Training: Deliver equipment to hospital virtual ward teams and train patients and clinicians on the use of equipment and relevant peripherals.
  • Stock Management: Track the location and status of stock through relevant IT systems, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Service Calls: Respond to basic service calls for routine issues, providing timely and effective support to our clients.
  • Software and Hardware Maintenance: Maintain software and hardware, supporting upgrades and ongoing development to ensure that our clients' equipment is always up-to-date and functioning properly.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere when interacting with patients and clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
