About the Employer:

Our client is a prestigious organisation based in London, known for their exceptional service in the legal sector. They are seeking a dedicated Reception Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:nCoordinate and manage the reception desk and meeting rooms at the London office.nMeet and greet clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.nMonitor the Reception Inbox, answer calls, take messages, and redirect enquiries as necessary.nBook rooms, meetings, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.nSet up meeting rooms, including those with video conferencing, and ensure they are tidy, stocked with refreshments, and prepared for meetings.nAssist with printing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, and other administrative tasks..nManage diaries and assist with diary management for senior staff.nSupport the Office Manager, PAs, and management team with various administrative tasks as required.nMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.nExcellent communication skills and able to liaise with employees and visitors from at all levels.

Requirements:nApproximately two years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).nPositive and proactive attitude with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.nExcellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact.
