Safety Net is a charity supporting the recovery of those affected by rape, exploitation, sexual and domestic abuse across Cumbria. We offer advice, support, counselling, therapy and group work to adults, children and young people, who have been affected by abuse and trauma.
We're looking for an Office Manager who will oversee all administrative and office support to the Safety Net team, volunteers and Trustees. This is an on-site post ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office and its functions. Having previous experience in office management, you will be well organised, proactive and efficient, as well as a great team player with effective people skills. In addition to improving our day-to-day operations and company procedures, you will also be responsible for data protection and health and safety.
We offer a generous 30 Days annual leave, plus bank holidays ( 5 days to be taken over Christmas as office is closed for 2 weeks). As part of our staff wellbeing support we off an enhanced 4% employer pension contribution, company sick pay, maternity support and carers leave. You will have regular access to high quality clinical supervision and case management. We offer excellent opportunities for career development. We work Monday to Friday with a full time contract being 35 hours per week.
