What you'll do:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's position as a leader in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent. You will provide strong administrative support and coordinate recruitment activities with key business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing high volumes of communication and data flow throughout the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate HR system data, producing complex metrics and reports, and delivering an exceptional candidate journey. Your proactive approach to work, excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritise workloads will ensure end-to-end delivery.

  • Manage high volumes of communication and data flow throughout the recruitment process
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through interview and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, Agencies, Recruiters, and candidates
  • Maintain accurate and detailed data within HR systems
  • Produce complex metrics and reports for the team and department as required
  • Work closely with the broader recruitment team to manage priorities effectively
  • Provide additional administrative support on adhoc projects/tasks as required


What you bring:
The ideal Recruitment Coordinator brings previous experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or another HR-related field. You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with a good command of Excel. You will be required to have the ability to execute responsibilities in a fast-paced, high volume corporate environment is demonstrated. Have an exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. You will have excellent time management and coordination skills enable you to prioritise workloads effectively. You will be innovative and proactive, taking initiative and sharing ideas across the team. You will take ownership of projects, processes, and problems and drives solutions. Your strong relationship-building skills enable you to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or other HR related field is required
  • Exceptional written and verbal (telephone and in-person) communication skills
  • Good command of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a fast-paced, high volume corporate environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent time management and co-ordination skills - ability to prioritise workloads to ensure end-to-end delivery
  • Innovative and pro-active - takes initiative and shares ideas across the team
