Salary £25,254

We are recruiting a Customer Services Executive to support and influence the acquisition and retention of members of the Royal Society of Medicine. You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and liaise regularly with current and prospective members, providing a point of contact for queries and applications for membership.

We are looking for a confident, approachable customer services executive who thrives on working in a busy customer facing role, preferably with an understanding of membership organisations.

Responsibilities include:

Customer data and CRM Management including updating records, taking customer payments and issuing new member packs.

Processing event bookings and payments.

General customer service duties including handling face to face, telephone and email enquiries.


You will have a track record working in a customer service led role and have high standards of service.
