We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Night Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people
Our residential service in Alton is 5 bed detached house with its own garden that ensures the pet rabbits have plenty of space to call their own.  It's a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same The people we support lead busy and active lives, making the most of the community activities on their door step.  As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night.  You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence as public transport is very limited, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach as well as experience working with individuals with autism, individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
