Job Description:
We are hiring for a Finance Admin to support our clients HR and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
*
* Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
* Maintain payroll records, including employee timesheets and salary information
* Purchase ledger duties
* Process expense claim payments
* Process travel and accommodation payments
Administrative Support:
*
* Manage daily administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed
* Meeting and creating customers on reception
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Assistant or finance assistant
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
