We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist to join a thriving business in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to visitors and staff.
As the Front of House/Receptionist, you will welcome visitors and ensure all stakeholders across the business are greeted with a smile and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering all incoming calls; screening and transferring calls accordingly
Performing clerical duties such as filing,photocopying, and data entry
Managing office supplies and maintaining a clean, organised reception area
Responding to email enquiries and manage the Info mailbox - forwarding on emails to the relevant department
Scheduling appointments and assisting with meeting room bookings
Handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Assisting the Facilities Manager with ad hoc duties; logging helpdesk issues, organising the cleaners etc
Liaising with the Catering, Tech Service Desk and Postroom teams to ensure meeting rooms are set up for events in a timely manner.The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role (advantageous)
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in computerised systems - Microsoft packages including Office, Word and Excel
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
