The Community Manager will play a key role in building strong relationships between the tenant community, residents and Tradestars, and enhancing business development and retention. They will assist tenants with daily enquiries and studio enquiries including their logistics requirements, managing logistics and operational processes, and handling goods in/out stations using technology-based booking systems. In addition to resolving tenant requests and issues, the Community lead will address their needs while maintaining a high level of customer service and enhancing the community experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Logistic Site Management and Goods Handling


  • Support the Facility Operations Manager with daily operational tasks and facility maintenance tasks
  • Oversee logistics of the goods in/out station including liaising with couriers and procuring and managing stock
  • Assist tenants with managing their goods and deliveries
  • Use tech-driven booking systems to streamline logistics


Day-to-Day Safety and Property Management


  • Participate in the procurement and inventory management of facility supplies
  • Aid in implementing safety protocols and procedures
  • Ensure that Health & Safety requirements for diverse businesses are met
  • Provide consistent on-site support to the Tradestars Operations Management Team
  • Provide tenant Support, Front-of-House, and Problem Solving
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenants’ requests and needs
  • Enhance the tenant experience through exceptional customer service tailored to their business sector and needs
  • Act as the main operational contact for tenants, guests & visitors


Business Development


  • Manage communal spaces such as meeting rooms, podcast rooms, photoshoot room, and breakout areas; Develop tenant perks to enrich the community experience
  • Support the Sales Team during prospective tenant tours, highlighting the benefits of joining the Tradestars community
  • Manage tenant community relations in an effort to maintain high occupancy rates and retention
  • Participate in local market research to provide insights and suggestions
  • Community Development
  • Promote community integration within the facility, fostering relationships among tenants and with the local community
  • Maintain strong relationships with building residents and encourage mutual support
  • Plan and host appropriate workshops, events, and meetup
  • Initiate and support local collaborations.
  • Oversee tenant onboarding and offboarding processes


Administrative Duties


  • Manage and update the in-house facilities tech system
  • Help manage operational and business development budgets.
  • Support the reporting of key performance metrics


Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in a startup environment or real estate industry.
  • Experience in managing logistics and operational processes.
  • Experience with technology-based booking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
