Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the Langley team on a term-time basis. 
Learning Support Assistant
Working with our ESOL and Foundation Skills unit you will be working with adult students. This can be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups or supporting a full class. This term time basis role will see you working 37 weeks per year.
It will be your responsibility to enable students to access the curriculum as fully as possible. To achieve this, you will assist in the deliverance of a planned programme of learning support. This will allow them to participate in all aspects of college life. Allowing them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.
