Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:
The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Langley. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum as fully as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement a planned programme of learning support to facilitate students' participation in all aspects of college life.
- To support students in working towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals, and realizing their potential.
- To collaborate with teaching staff to ensure that students receive the necessary support to access the curriculum.
- To maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide regular updates to teaching staff and other relevant stakeholders.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote students' independence and self-advocacy.
