Logistics Events Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player? Our client is seeking a dynamic Logistics Events Assistant to join their Event Management and Facilities teams. 
You will be responsible for the efficient movement and set-up of various items and furniture, ensuring that event spaces are meticulously prepared on time according to client requirements. You will play a vital role in supporting a wide range of events.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise, move, and set up furniture and facilities in line with event specifications and standard operating procedures.
Clear down facilities post-event and prepare event spaces for subsequent setups.
Meet event timelines.
Work with clients to meet expectations
Carry out Risk Assessment and support the safety team. 
Identify and recommend best practices within your work areas. What our client can Offer:
