You will be responsible for the efficient movement and set-up of various items and furniture, ensuring that event spaces are meticulously prepared on time according to client requirements. You will play a vital role in supporting a wide range of events. Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise, move, and set up furniture and facilities in line with event specifications and standard operating procedures.
  • Clear down facilities post-event and prepare event spaces for subsequent setups.
  • Meet event timelines.
  • Work with clients to meet expectations
  • Carry out Risk Assessment and support the safety team.
  • Identify and recommend best practices within your work areas.
