We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team.

As a Chef de Partie at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing mise en place for service
  • To ensure that all food is cooked and presented to excellent quality
  • Ensuring cleanliness of working area
  • Receiving deliveries, ensuring correct stock levels
As a Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be successful Chef de Partie, candidate , you will have experience working in a professional kitchen in a similar environment, strong communications skills and time management. Experience in a Michelin star environment is ideal.
