The Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Team Leader to join this growing team, a newly created role you will initially manage a small team of two, with the potential for growth as the company expands. The Team Leader will work closely with senior managers to enhance external connections and commercialise incoming calls.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of two, with potential for team growth.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement strategies for better engagement with external contacts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and dynamic work environment where team members are motivated and supported.
  • Adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing start-up environment, embracing ambiguity and change.


The Person:


  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
