We are seeking an organised Property Sales Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis from the last week of September to the end of the year. This role is to provide maternity cover for the final few months and is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic legal environment.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Answering incoming calls and handling client inquiries
  • Scheduling property viewings and managing appointments
  • Assisting clients with their property sales needs
  • Communicating with clients, providing updates, and addressing any queries
  • Organising and maintaining accurate records and files
  • Welcoming clients when they visit our office and assisting them as needed
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations


Requirements :

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of property sales or a willingness to learn
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
