We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Growth / Digital Marketing Manager to take a lead role in accelerating lead generation efforts for this global provider of specialised data and market intelligence products, serving banks and financial institutions.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of lead generation initiatives, focusing on increasing the volume of MQLs and improving conversion to sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data-driven marketing, with proven experience developing and implementing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Main Skills Required
- 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Ideally experience working in the B2B financial, data, or market intelligence sectors
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce and Pardot
- Good knowledge of digital ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimisation tools, and content management systems
- Paid Social experience - LinkedIn Ads ideally
- Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads
- Utilise a mix of content, account-based, and performance marketing tactics to attract and convert leads from targeted institutions
- Continuously optimise campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising
- Partner with Product Marketers to enhance their content and ad creatives
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handover
- Own the marketing automation strategy to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Manage the customer data infrastructure across all customer touchpoints
- Analyse campaign performance, revenue attribution, and ROI
- Implement A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to enhance conversion rates on websites and campaign landing pages
- Provide regular, detailed reports and actionable insights to management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and their contribution to business growth
