Fram Search are working with a specialist finance firm based in Hertfordshire. Due to exceptional growth, they are seeking a regional account manager to cover the North West (Dumfries down to Sheffield and across to Liverpool). This is an ideal role for an individual who can identify new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with existing mortgage intermediaries and packaging partners.

Our client is looking for someone who wants to be part of growing and diverse firm, that rewards and encourages their employees to grow and develop, while offering an excellent service to their clients. The role is home based with the occasional team meeting in Hertfordshire and travel within the region.

Some of the duties include :Responsible for creating, retaining, and growing new client relationships.Building relationships with brokers, introducers, or direct to end clientsCoordinate with sales admin team to ensure diary activeLiaise with residential underwriting team to provide high standard of service to partners.Chase up terms in a timely and efficient mannerDevelop a deep understanding of the firm's residential mortgage offering and other products.Present to both new and existing clientsStay up to date with Market and competitors' productsMeet with client on a regular basis via, face to face, phone, or video calling.A likely candidate will have residential or BTL business development experience within a lending environment, and will be reliable, likeable, with strong communication skills, and willing to go the extra mile for the clients.TPBN1_UKTJ
