Seize the Opportunity: Are you ready to make a real impact in Oxfordshire? Our NHS-managed, GP-led out-of-hours service is expanding, and we need passionate Emergency Practitioners like you to deliver vital urgent care in treatment centres, homes, and via telephone triage.
The Role: As an OOH Clinician, you'll provide top-notch minor injury and illness care at our UTC, working independently while being backed by a stellar team of nurses and GPs. You'll also have the chance to lead and mentor band six and student Emergency Nurse Practitioners. Enjoy a variety of shifts, with prime opportunities during weekends, evenings, and overnights.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional communication and self-management skills.
Proven expertise in handling minor injuries and illnesses.
Experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner.
Familiarity with Adastra software (training provided).
Willingness to drive for mobile shifts (driver's license required).
Capability to consult with patients of all ages, including children.Requirements:
