Have you got experience supporting Children and Young People in residential homes? Are you looking for temporary work that gives you the option to work within different locations and the flexibility and the ability to be able to choose when and where you work? If so we are recruiting for experienced Children's residential workers to support children and young people who have challenging behaviours and complex needs working in various residential homes across the Birmingham area.
Shift patterns vary from days, long days with sleep in's , waking nights and ongoing contracts. We have a large number of existing and new clients who require experienced and committed candidates to support their current recruitment needs. It is imperative that you are a driver as many of the homes are in rural locations. Pay rates range from £11.00 per hour to £13.50 per hour, weekly accrued holidays, pension scheme and a dedicated and experienced consultant
