POSITION DETAILS Position: Marketing Manager (Russian Speaker) Location: Westminster, London Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Partnerships / CEO Salary: £50,000 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, central London office-based role JOB DESCRIPTION Role Overview We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager with native or fluent Russian language capabilities to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our luxury interior design showroom. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop creative marketing strategies that generate leads and promote our premium offerings to discerning clients. This role requires 3-5 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, events management, and community building within the luxury retail or design sectors. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned to our annual marketing plan Lead integrated marketing campaigns for showroom collections, events, and brand initiatives Track and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights Manage marketing budgets to optimise ROI Conduct competitive market research and identify growth opportunities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Coordinate marketing activities to generate leads and showroom visits Develop and optimise customer acquisition funnels Design creative marketing approaches to inform clients and prospects of offerings Manage digital lead generation through paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation Oversee CRM and segmentation strategies Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication Collaborate closely with sales, design, and operations teams Promote showroom collections and services across teams Manage relationships with Design Residency partners, suppliers, agencies, and vendors Coordinate content creation with designers and suppliers Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage social media platforms with engaging, design-focused content in Russian and English Oversee website content, UX improvements, and multilingual SEO Implement email marketing automation and personalisation Monitor and optimise digital marketing channels Events, Exhibitions & Community Engagement Plan and execute showroom events, VIP experiences, and trade shows Develop exhibition strategies for key luxury design industry events Build relationships with design influencers, media, and industry leaders Design community-building activities for local and Russian-speaking markets Public Relations & Brand Management Develop PR strategies targeting design publications and Russian-language press Manage brand positioning and corporate communications Handle crisis communication and reputation management Loyalty & Customer Experience Design customer loyalty programs for high-net-worth individuals Develop personalised marketing for VIP clients and repeat customers Oversee referral and satisfaction initiatives ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail, furniture, or interior design Native or fluent Russian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in English with strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines Skilled in digital marketing tools, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and design sensibility DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Experience in marketing luxury brands, design, or premium lifestyle sectors Event and trade show management experience PR and media relations expertise E-commerce and omnichannel marketing knowledge Additional languages and creative skills are valued Professional marketing certifications preferred WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary, based on experience Performance bonuses and annual reviews 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Pension scheme and healthcare benefits Professional training and development opportunities Central London office with exclusive industry networking Employee discount on luxury showroom products Opportunity to work with prestigious design brands and clients
