**Job description**

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Executive to deliver our inbound marketing activity and build out our digital footprint and brand awareness.

Reporting to the CMO and as part of a small high performing team, you will contribute to and deliver the content marketing plans, grow the digital community, and drive commercial value.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets and provide outstanding customer experiences
- Collaborate with broader business to produce high quality content
- Develop content marketing calendar, delivering according to agreed plans and reporting on results
- Test new content strands, messages, creatives and channels to drive growth and commercial value
- Edit, proofread and improve content across all channels, considering SEO, social sharing and search
- Share content through relevant channels, tailoring accordingly
- Collect customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Write both short form and long form copy for digital channels and eCRM
- Maintain brand, ToV and TM values
- Create a wide variety of content including - written, podcast, video and social formats.
- Create case studies, testimonials, presentations or internal sales support materials for the sales team.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews
- Utilising CRM and analytics to understand customer behaviour, segment trends and content marketing needs
- Monitoring applicable budgets and optimising them for ROI

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Executive
- Proficiency in MS Office and Content Management Software
- Understanding of web publishing requirements
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Expertise in social media platforms and management software
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- A focus on content marketing for a B2C and B2B Technology/SaaS business, or a Media/Content Creation business, or a Recruitment business - this could be in a pure content role or a broader marketing role with some content marketing.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Track record in producing a wide variety of content.
- Video editing and creative artworking using industry tools.
