Job Description:nThrough new and ongoing relationship building, keep abreast of current trends within the energy and environmental markets (e.g. Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Water Treatment, etc)nIdentify new market opportunities and profile customer needs, from which to develop new sales campaigns and value propositions.nDevelop a strategic approach to grow our business in the energy and environmental industries.nDevelop and maintain Business Plans for established clients and capture plans for new clients.nCreate sales presentation material as well as contribute to new service introduction initiatives.nSupport the promotion of the brand through digital means and attend key industry events.nLobby decision-makers to penetrate new markets.nDrive market and competitive analysisnAnswer bids and support deal closure.

Responsibilities:nGrowing and developing our future client accounts by designing your business plan and strategy with the British engineering market.nCreating new business leads through networking and closing business with key customers.nParticipating in the recruitment of our new consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess a curiosity for the Engineering sector, with a result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. They will be comfortable working in an international and fast paced environment.nYou think strategically and work well under tight deadlines.nYou have excellent communication and can navigate multi-level organisations.nIdeally, you have experience in complex product sales or consulting services.nIdeally, you have experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers or partners).nPrevious experience in business development or key account management would be beneficial.

Experience required:nBachelors or master's degree in Engineering, Management or Business administration.nSignificant industrial experience in a relevant industry, such as Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Water Treatment, etc.nDemonstrable experience in leading teams and performing business development activities.nBeing result oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and natural leadership is crucial.
