My client are a high end residential developer, they operate in Prime Central London locations they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator for their 5* flagship development in Battersea
Essential Experience:
Property new build sales experience
A proven sale track record
Day to day duties:
Being the main point of contact for the development dealing with customers enquiry's
Selling from the portfolio of the properties on the development
Conducting viewings and showing the customer the whole experience of the development
Ensuring good house keeping in the sales and marketing suite
Sales Progression & keeping the customer up to date with the completion date and progress of their sale
Negotiating offers with the assistance of the sales management team
Dealing with the customer through the whole of the sales process
Hosting events
