Project & Sales Support Coordinator

**What You Will Do:**
- Collaborate with the technical department to confirm application requirements, ensuring machinery specifications meet client needs.
- Generate detailed quotes, reviewing for accuracy and completeness before sharing with the sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and pricing structures, inputting data into the quoting system.
- Provide administrative support, organizing records of quotes and communications, enhancing the sales quoting and project coordination processes.
- Coordinate site surveys and visits, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- Draft initial specifications for machinery and manage technical drawings and 3D models for project development.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in project coordination within a technical or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in using quoting systems, CRM, ERP, or similar tools, with an ability to understand technical specifications.
- Experience in creating technical documentation and drawings, ideally with familiarity in 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an excellent ability to collaborate across departments.
