Details of a General Operative based in Shirley, Solihull
Monday to Friday - 7.30am till 5pm
Static Shifts
Pay £12 - £13 Per hour
Overtime available
Long term opportunity As a General Operative you would be required but not limited to:
Use various hand and power tools
Operating a Guillotine and Brake Press
Ability to read technical drawings
Loading and unloading deliveries
General workshop duties
Basic machine operations
Stock control
General housekeeping duties
Additional duties as requiredAs General Operative you would ideally have the below skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and adopt a flexible approach to working methods
The ability to work within a team environment
Previous experience operating an overhead crane
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance fork lift truck
