About the role:
Join our vibrant school community in Hackney as a part-time KS1 Teacher. We are seeking a passionate educator to inspire young minds and contribute to our dynamic team. Our recruitment process comprises two stages: an initial face-to-face interview with the headteacher and senior leadership team, followed by a teaching demonstration. Early applications are encouraged. Additionally, our KS1 class at Hackney Primary School accommodates both mainstream students and those with SEN needs, with dedicated support from a Teaching Assistant. We prioritise building strong relationships with parents through regular communication and collaborative meetings. Our school ethos revolves around values of Respect and Inclusion, promoting Excellence and Achievement while fostering Collaboration and Teamwork among staff and students alike. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans
• Strong classroom management skills

• Assessing and monitoring student progress.
• Providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
