About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team full-time from September 2024. This role is available due to a team expansion, reflecting our growing commitment to providing exceptional education. Class sizes are manageable and conducive to personalised learning, allowing you to make a significant impact on each student’s educational journey.

This role stands out due to our commitment to professional growth and well-being, offering a nurturing environment where teachers are valued and supported. You will be working with a team of enthusiastic professionals dedicated to fostering a love of learning in our students.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience in a primary school setting, preferably with KS1.

• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the needs of all students.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support students’ development.
