We are working with Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools across Boston, and looking to build a reliable and inspirational Team of Teaching Assistants support these schools
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences. It is up to you which age group you would to like work in.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant in Primary or Secondary Schools you would work with students on a 1:1, Group or Intervention basis to support the children and class Teacher.
Foster a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Collaborate with school staff.Requirements:
Experience with Primary or Secondary aged children.
Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
SEND Experience an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.Benefits:
