The Opportunity:
You will be working as part of team providing First Line Employee Support to internal colleagues (c1500 staff) reporting to the EMEA HR Shared Services Manager.
Our client are a global pharmaceutical company offering an excellent opportunity to develop and evolve your Human Resources career, offering unrivalled commercial experience.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about their career in Human Resources, enjoys helping employees find answers to their HR-related questions and is interested in continuing to build upon their knowledge across all HR functions.
Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of one/two years of experience managing employee absence and/or exit management
* HR Shared Service experience, ideally working with HRIS systems like Workday
* Knowledge of HR policies, practices, procedures, laws, and system tools working with confidential information
* Must possess a strong customer service orientation, while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality with each interaction
* Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (especially with MS Excel and MS Visio); and ideally with some experience of data analysis experience and case management tools (ServiceNow)
* Degree qualified in a related HR-field or CIPD qualified
