About your role
Working a 2 days 2 nights 4 off shift pattern 7-7.
Managing a team of up to 10 maintenance engineers covering electrical, mechanical and fabric
Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the first point of management contact with all maintenance aspects and queries.
Manage contractual compliance across the contract.
Assist with the review, management and control of maintenance processes across the site.
Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels.
Working to increase the performance of the shift maintenance team across all areasAbout you
Technically qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering ideally at HNC, equivalent or above
Experience of managing FM maintenance contracts - ideally within Critical environments
Accustomed to being the lead contact on a shift
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is based on site in the West Midlands.This is a shift based role.
You may have experience as one of the following: Assistant Maintenance manager, Assistant Technical Manager, Electrical Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Technical FM Manager, Technical Facilities Manager, Technical Manager, Electrical Manager, Technical Services Manager, Hard Services Manager, Electrical Maintenance Manager, Electrical Contract Manager
