Technical Services Manager Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Manager to join our team at a large Trust in the West Midlands. As a key member of the Estates Engineering department, you will be responsible for the technical control and management of the estates function across the Trust.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and schedule all planned preventative maintenance activities for buildings, plant, and equipment using the CAFM system, taking into account statute, regulations, and healthcare guidance (HTM's).

* Review and approve any amendments made by the Assistant Technical Services Managers.

* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards.

* Collaborate with the Head of Estates to deliver Hard FM & Lifecycle Services, ensuring a high-quality and statutory compliant maintenance service.

* Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues, ensuring the effective management of estates assets.

**Requirements:**

* Strong Electrical background with experience in maintenance management and compliance.

* Authorised Person responsibilities, including HTM-02, HTM-03, and ACoP L8.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and guidelines.
